Where in the Bible does it say that Mary consented to God giving her a child, before he did it? Or did she only consent afterwards?

    Luke 1:38

"I am the Lord's servant," Mary answered. "May your word to me be fulfilled." Then the angel left her.

This was before she was pregnant. Yeah she clearly agreed.

God sent an angel to her, to tell her what God was asking of her, and to receive her response. Nothing actually happened until she said "Let it be done unto me according to your word", at which moment the angel left her.

Since it never happened it really doesn't matter.

You don't actually believe that story do you?

This shows that she consented before the fact:

"I am the Lord's servant," Mary answered. "May your word to me be fulfilled." Then the angel left her.

    Luke 1:38

This is the closest to an answer that I can find.

Luk 1:38  And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

Why would she have to consent first?  Show your work.

    Christians dont care about consent.

"Dmitri replied but god she looks really young and is obviously quite drunk"

"And god sayeth, good then I will just wait for her to pass out"
