Why are we so quick to look down on Felons?

Because you don't become a felon by doing nothing wrong. Yes everyone deserves a second chance but if you did something bad enough to become a felon then you have to prove that you are worth the second chance.

Some people know they are so worthless and always looking to exalt themselves over others. They failed in many areas of their life so they like to pick the ones they did not fail and bash it over the people's head who did fail in that area.

The same reason why we used to be so quick to look down at single moms. When the stigma is taken away, the population explodes.
