READ the label on the can. It will tell you exactly how much sodium is in a serving.

The larger problem is probably the sugar in 3 cans of soda. It is not good to consume that much sugar.

I'd say that was the least of your worries. He's getting a massive shot of caffeine and if he's not drinking diet coke also twenty-one teaspoonfuls of sugar from it a day, and also a load of phosphoric acid. He needs to stop doing this.
