When frying or grilling bacon how many times do you turn it?

In general I try to turn anything I’m cooking as little as possible. I usually do my bacon in the micro, so don’t turn it at all. But in a skillet I’m probably turning it to each side twice.

If you want it burnt turn in only once.  I like bacon very crisp but not burnt so I flip it about seven or eight times.  However, when cooking it in the oven I only flip it once.

Wrap the bacon strips in paper, then microwave a few at a time (don't turn them at all). This catches the grease in the paper and they are very crisp.
