Can Duchess Birgitte of Gloucester still have loyalty and devotion to her homeland or...ย ?

...would the Queen banish her and her offspring from court for their divided loyalty. Would the Duke of Gloucester of the Blood Royal be able to remain at court?

Birgitte, the Duchess of Gloucester is a British citizen. While she may have fond memories of Denmark, her loyalties are with the United Kingdom, much like it was for Queen Alexandra, also Danish born.

Sheโ€™s been resident in England for 46+

ย years, I doubt she has any desire to either return to her country of birth, or owe it allegiance.ย

The Queen of Denmark is the British Queen's third cousin, and the Colonel-in-Chief of the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment (Queen's and Royal Hampshires), an infantry regiment of the British Army. There would have to be a major falling-out for a problem to arise. In any event, the Duchess of Gloucester is now British, as are her children.
