Why didn't Hillary just say "NO" to Trey Gowdy when he sent her a subpoena instead of testifying for 11 hours straight?

She didn't realize spitting on the very notion of the rule of law was an option.

Back to civics for you. There are three separate and equal branches of government. Listen up AOC, they are the Judicial, the legislative, and the executive branch.

As head of the executive branch the President in order to have available confidential advice has executive privilege to keep his communications private.

Every President including Clinton and Obama has asserted Executive Priveldge.

Little Adam Schitt has no right to interview Trumps White House staff or his cabinet.

Hillary Clinton during the Benghazi hearings did not have executive Priveledge because she was not the President of the United Stated.

Saying "i cant recall" for eleven hours is essentially the same thing op

Democrats are weird that way, they believe in following the law by responding to legal subpoenas.

I was obvious she lied and was guilty, so "what difference does it make?"

Because she was involved in a criminal case.

The subpoena sent by Gowdy was legitimate, and backed by the DoJ. Schiff's subpoenas are illegitimate, and not recognized by the President nor the DoJ.

Barr is Trump's man in the DOJ. That's how Banana Republics function. This President and his Attorney General make a mockery of the rule of law.
