The Bahamas, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, Haiti, the Domincan Republic, Turks and Caicos and more. Every cruise line has a choice of Caribbean, and you can see all the cruises they have and where they stop. Nancy is incorrect- Trump re-instated the ban on cruises to Cuba.

Every cruise lists their itinerary, can be eastern Caribbean, western etc etc. They have a route, so how many you visit depends on the line and the route and the length of the cruise. Pick 3 lines and take a look at their offerings.

It depends on the cruse.  You can find cruises that will take you just about anywhere.  The only destination that used to be forbidden for American travelers was Cuba, but that's not true anymore.
