Frail, fragile, delicate, dainty, feeble, gaunt, small, thin, weakly, decrepit, spent, etc...
The right word to use should depend on the context.
For example, if describing a young child who is physically weak due to being underdeveloped, you may say "small" or "fragile".
If describing a slender person, you may say "delicate".
If describing an aged person who has become physically weak, you may say "spent", "feeble", or "gaunt".
