I'd see a doctor. But why is this in the Dogs section?

    Ask your doctor...................

If you mean 'clicking'  as we would call it then it is not bones at all but ligaments sliding over bone.  Often means that ligaments are lax.

If you mean 'popping' in dislocating then they are extremely lax and would mean you have a more serious condition.

If you have loose ligaments at all then don't do anything which will make this worse such as taking up gymnastics or something.

Obviously not "excessively," but I'm not confident that "excessively" is really the case.  You're probably young.  Young people's joints pop a lot.  As you get into your 30's and 40's, they pop less and less.  It's when they stop popping that you need to start worrying.  If they're popping, they're moving freely.
