What’s a fancy way to describe spaghetti?
Pretend you are opening a fancy Italian restaurant but only serve spaghetti how would you create the menu? What would you name the dish? How would you describe it?

Carbonara, Alfredo, Fettucine, Bolognaise, Puttanesca, Arrabiata.
These are just named after the sauces that the spaghetti is served with.

There is no fancy way to do it. Just name the dishes in Italian. Spaghetti alla carbonara, spaghetti con aglio e olio, spaghetti alle vongole, whatever. Translations/explanations will be necessary for anyone who doesn't know Italian.
And no Italian restaurant would serve only spaghetti. Pasta comes in far more shapes and you choose the shape to suit the sauce. Thin and oily sauces suit spaghetti best as it is a thin shape. In particular, you would not serve spaghetti bolognese unless you are aiming to have an American-Italian restaurant. Bolognese is far too heavy a sauce for spaghetti and should be eaten with tagliatelle. It would also be extremely strange to serve meatballs with pasta. How can they possibly form part of a sauce? The sauce is intended to dress the pasta and stick to it. Meatballs fall off.
You would also take care to spell linguine and lasagne correctly. Linguini and lasagna are singular words and you wouldn't serve only one piece of pasta, would you? Of course not, just as you wouldn't serve only one spaghetto. So USE THE PLURAL.
Pasta is normally a lunch dish in Italy, or a starter or small second course at dinner. It would never be the main dish for dinner, though you would also offer all the pasta dishes in a larger size for customers who want a main course of pasta. Similarly with risotto - pasta is more common in the south of Italy, risotto in the north where they grow the most suitable rice.
And you would not serve pizza. That is a street food snack in Italy. The idea of it as a big thing with lots of toppings is purely American.
Edit - there is no such thing as "spaghetti sauce". You can eat it with all kinds of sauces.

If I opened a spaghetti restaurant, I'd have traditional spaghetti dishes like spaghetti aglio, olio e pepperoncino; spaghetti cacio e pepe; spaghetti carbonara; spaghetti col tonno and spaghetti alle vongole. I wouldn't make up fancy descriptions but a description of where it originated in Italy.
