Was Joe Montana a racist quarterback? I heard he preferred throwing more to whites and ruined Jerry Rices career?

Joe Montana's wide receivers were all black after Dwight Clark retired. His tight ends were white, but Joe Montana did not throw to them more often than throwing to Jerry Rice and John Taylor, 2 African Americans. Jerry Rice got the MVP in one Super Bowl over Joe Montana and John Taylor caught the winning TD pass in that Super Bowl. At that time the Super Bowl MVP was routinely invited to go to Disneyland in a commercial at the end of the game. I don't think Rice was invited to Disneyland at that time. May be there was some racism involved but it did not come from Montana.

Yep that's true. No wonder why Rice had 22 receiving TDs in one season with Montana

You’re correct, that’s why the 49ers traded him to Chiefs.
