Yes, it is easy. Just right click or left click on the time area if its Windows 10.

if you are connected to the internet, it should be automatic. if it isn't, right click the time icon and set it to get the time automatically

In win-10, right click the clock in lower left, choose adjust date/time. Then you can choose to set clock automatically OR unselect that and the click on the rectangle marked "change' and you can set the puter to any time you want. BUT if that clock is not pretty close to right a lot of web pages won't work right.
