partial year depreciation?

I can't understand where I'm missing $3,657 from my accumulated depreciation for the 5 years

    Year 2011 was a partial year, so part of the 5th year will be in 2016.

    I also think you should switch pay attention to the date the life expectancy was extended.  Meaning, I think you have overstated 2013 and understated 2014-2016.
