Issues with the Disney App and setting up Fastpass.?

I keep having a issue with trying to set up my Disney app, whenever I go to look up Fastpass information it gives me a message "Not So fast" and tells me I need to Link Ticket or Package. When I go and put in the information it says Reservation Already Link to "Insert My name". Yeah duh its linked to me, I am me. Why won't it recognize the already linked information? Anybody know how to fix this?

    I've never had trouble linking things on the Disney app and getting my Fast Passes reserved.  I agree that you should contact customer service about this.

    go to their website, go to the very bottom and contact support.
