Is it possible for a 21 year old autistic person to go to Disney on their own?

    There are levels of autism. In some people it's so mild you wouldn't even know they have a problem. Other people have it so severely they can't function on their own.

    That will depend on how severely impaired the person is. Lots of austistics are very high functioning. They'd have no problem with this.

    If they can plan it out, pay for it, and have flown alone with no trouble before then I don't see why not.

    Possibly, people with autism covers a huge range from people who function fine in society to those who don't speak and interact with everything around them or to a very limited extent.

    Yes, if they are capable of doing things on their own and can communicate and navigate around New places then there should be no issue

    Being autistic is not like being pregnant (you are or you're not with nothing in between). It depends entirely on the degree to with the autism affects you.
