Which scientist is most famous: Sagan, Feynman, Heisenberg, or Dawkins?

Sagan. He was a grand stander. Did all kinds of TV shows and interviews. He joined The Physicians for a Sane Nuclear Policy and perpetuated a myth about nuclear winter based on a faulty model.
The others did actual science.

Sagan, anybody with a TV show will be extremely famous.
Feynman, as he's had the least number of mentions on TV, he's very famous within his own field though. Dawkins has made a few documentaries, so he's got some TV exposure. Heisenberg is famous for being referenced on Breaking Bad.
