The health insurance bill he implemented was the best thing to happen to a great many people. It felt so good people were able to afford insurance, they started feeling healthier just by having the insurance which in turn kept health insurance prices at a level that worked.

The only positive thing that Barack Obama did was vacating the White House when its term was up.
