I've decided to drink (3) 700 calorie vegan smoothies a day with one meal n 6 tbsp of olive oil a day for weight gain. Is this a good idea?

    if you are going to eat vegan, you need to do the math and make sure your getting enough proteins and fats, You will need lots of nuts and cruciferous vegetables..

    If your goal is to put on fat, sure. Just gaining weight alone isn't really a health plan.
