Yes, they can and they do. Not all white people have the same skin color; they also have different cultures, speak different languages and have different religions. These differences have been and still are used to discriminate against others.

Yes. Hitler is an example. According to Hitler, Slavic people (white people who speak Slavic languages) and Mediterranean people (Southern Europeans) are inferior to Nordic and Alpine people (Western and Northern Europeans).

There has also been this North vs South divide in Europe, where in Northern Europe, there's a stereotype that Southern Europeans are lazy, emotional, hairy, not white enough, chaotic, while the Southerners think the Northerners are cold, obsessed with money/working, unhappy, etc.

Even among the white nationalists themselves, there's debate whether Southern Europeans are white enough or not.

If southern Europeans aren't white (which I agree they're not) then white people shouldn't be blamed for the crusades, Christopher Columbus, Atlantic slave trade or Native American genocide.

Sure. racism can be based on religion (catholics vs protestants, christians vs jews/muslims) or on language. Or on nationality.

It isn't that long ago that racists in the USA considered jews, italians and irish people as non-white

We're not concerned with that, we just want the racism against us to stop
