    depends on the system, but it is 78%, which is probably a C in the US. It would have been a very low C in the system in use where I grew up, when I grew up (C was 78-85). <70 was an F. Most places these days use 60 as the F grade limit so a score in the 60s would be a D, a score in the 70s a C, 80's a B, 90s an A.

    let's see, without calculating 5 is less than 20% of 23. That means your percent correct is greater than 80%. In the old straight percentage scoring method, that would be a B. In a curve that could be an A, if you have the highest grade, or it could be an F if it's the lowest grade.
