In the Education and Reference section of this board, there is a section called "homework help". If you go there, they will probably tell you to divide $350.00 by 1,000 giving you a unit cost of $0.35.

    35 cents per candy bar.

    $350 divided by 1000

    Unit cost: 350/1000 = $0.35

She is paying $0.35 per candy bar.

    I think.

If my brain hasn't forgotten how to do this sort of thing.

See, the only thing was I was like "no, it's the number of units divided by the total she spent?" but my brain felt that was wrong. Glad I didn't make myself look like a fool! Some people just don't do math well lol
