We do. And to the Son. And to the Holy Spirit. Why wouldn't we, since they are each God.

Jesus commanded that we pray to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. When we pray, we are speaking to the Father but our prayers find access to the Father through Jesus. This is because Jesus paid for our sins. In obedience to the Father, Jesus made the great sacrifice. Because of the justice of God, the Father MUST hearken to the Son who obediently gave all so that we could come back to the Father. So Jesus stands between us and the Father but we still worship the Father..

No one ever called God ‘Father’ in the Old Testament.
For this reason, the Pharisees wanted Jesus dead. The claim He made that God was His ‘Father’ was blasphemous: by saying so, Jesus was claiming to be one with God.
You know what you should do? You should read your Bible.

Jesus sacrificed his perfect life so that we could live. Adam as our father gave us only a short life span and death. So we need to pray in the name of Jesus to our father Jehovah. We do pray to our heavenly father but we ask it in the name of Jesus

Only the members of Church of God (World Mission Society), pray to God the Father ( Matt 6:9), and God the Mother (Gal 4:26) directly.

I don't know where you get your information from, but us Christians do pray directly to our Father in heaven.
When Jesus taught his disciples how they ought to pray in Matthew 6:9-13 he instructed them to pray to “Our Father in heaven.”
