    The really good ones are and helps avoid consuming too much because good wine is not koolaide

  • Red wine can have a 'dry' flavor or taste. Or if you let it completely evaporate, that would also make it 'dry.'

    Yes. Dryness/sweetness is directly related to residual sugar content. In fact if you have a wine that is too dry for your taste you can add small amounts of sugar to it which will sweeten it satisfactorily.
