Why do you care when you are not Jewish? Hmmm?

I'll answer this simply so that even you can understand. Judaism does not teach it is a commandment to make children drunk. We do not give alcohol to young children. A Jewish parent might give a small tiny cup with alcohol if the their son or daughter wants usually over the age of 12 or 13.

Don't worry about Simchat Torah. Just think about Ramadan/Ashura as EddieJ advised you.

No, it does not say its OK.

In fact, there is no reason for anyone to drink to excess on Simchas Torah no matter the age.

Also, (at least where I live) that is also against the law.

I think you meant to ask if Christian law says it's OK the give girls (between the ages of 9-15) as much Coca-Cola as they want to drink on the Hindu holiday of Diwali?

The answer to that is "yes".

If you have to ask, then the answer is "no".
