    The convention for writing the Lewis diagrams for ions is to place the diagram inside square brackets and write the charge outside the right bracket.

    [O=N=O]⁺ .......... each O has two lone pairs

    By the way, when you wrote "NO2+" it was ambiguous.  The reader doesn't know if you meant NO with a +2 charge or NO2 with a +1 charge.  Don't hesitate to add the "^" to let the reader know.

    NO^2+ or NO2^+ ...... now we would know what you mean.
