Can three legged dogs have prostates?

Ive only ever seen three legged dogs with just the three legs. Do they ever get a prostate leg to replace the one thats missing?

In my opinion, "prostate" limb would cause more problems than it solved.

I've seen dogs that have gotten a fake leg but its not common and most people cannot afford to do this.

On TV (e.g., Drew Carey and Murphy Brown) you see handicapped dogs running around with a wheel attached to their back to help walk. I am assuming you put this on the dog when you exercise them. If the dog wore it all the time it couldn't lie down to relax. As far as an actual prosthetic leg, like the ones for people, I don't think so. Because of the expense and the training that has to accompany the use of one it would be rare.

    I think you mean "prosthetic"

A prostate is a gland of the male reproductive tract that produces fluids that nourish and protect sperm.

I have seen dogs with prosthetics before. It may depend on where the limb was amputated at to determine if a useable prosthetic can be fitted... Otherwise it would just be a fake limb that the dog is dragging around.

Not all dogs adapt to a prosthetic either.. But many do adapt to missing limbs

The cost of a prosthetic also prevents many owners from investing in one.

The word is prosthetic, not prostetic or prostethic

Do you mean prosthetic leg? Im pretty sure every male dog can have a prostate

The word is 'prosthetic'. Yes, they can be had, but most amputee dogs do just fine on 3 legs.
