Is it true that many “white” Europeans of Irish, Germanic and Scandinavian ancestry are of Asian and Slavic ancestry ?

    Not sure, but my ex boyfriend from China thought so when I told him that my great grandmother (from Norway) had a surname of Wang.

    Ancestry is researched and proved from written records and done individually not en mass

    "of Irish, Germanic and Scandinavian ancestry" No. They are of Irish, Germanic and Scandinavian ancestry. Just like cars made by Toyota are not actually made by Ford.
