What grease is used in the beeman p17 pellet pistol its yellow ?

On the manual it doesn't say anything about the yellow grease on the compression tube and it says to use white lithium grease but I want to use the factory yellow grease. What's that grease called links please.

    It is probably some break in grease that will allow the parts to wear to fit. Use White Lithium Grease. It sucks as a grease, not near as good as moly grease, but if they say use it, use it. I switched to white lithium grease on farm machinery one time and had a LOT of bearing go out.

    Just use white lithium grease as the factory recommends. To learn more about different lubes for airguns read this;

    That explains a lot.
