Yes definitely! Nitrous oxide displaces oxygen if you displace enough oxygen you will asphyxiate your heart will stop your breathing will stop and you will die

Since you can not "breath" laughing gas, if it was concentrated enough you would suffocate from it. Just like if there was enough of any gas in the air.
