Rake is better to get the dead grass up from under the live grass.  We're lucky our town has us rake it into the street and they pick it up once a week during the fall.

Rake would get everything in one pile, while a leaf blower would blow it all over the place

I use snow shovel and shovel the leaves into my container like it was snow.  I have a rake...but use it very little.

I think rakes are heavy and bad,but that other sort is brave and hurting, when,s spoilt.

Leaf blower to annoy my neighbors and pollute the earth. Rake to move leaves into piles where they can be scooped onto a tarp and moved to the compost heap.

    Both.

Can't get the pine needles and cones off my deck and driveway with a rake.

Also can't get leaves from the ground into a can with a blower.

    Both...…………. ..

Depends on the area to be cleared and how much time I have. I use both methods.
