Does anyone else know about this theory?

That the reason people see paranormal things at 3 am is because It's the barriers in the Multiverse breaking. What makes this creepy is that the people you see can also see you, but as paranormal from The're perspective.

What is special about 3 a.m.? If it's 3 a.m. here, then it is some other time somewhere else in the world, why don't the "barriers to the multiverse" break down in those parts of the world?

Its ALWAYS 3 am somewhere in the world, so the "barriers", if any would ALWAYS be broke. It's just that EVERYTHING is at there quietist at that time and also people are usually in an "Altered state" because of sleep or lack of it at 3 AM.----So we are able to sense more subtle changes, sounds, etc. in the environment that will otherwise be "drowned out" at another time of day.----And our awareness may be "higher" or the opposite --as in a dream state then.----So naturally stranger stuff will be observed and reported then.

It is called "the witching hour" some believe it to be at 12 midnight and others say it is 3 am. Witches actually believed what they were doing and knew they could be burned for it. Therefore, any spells that could not be carried out in the home, were carried out late in the night maybe in forests away from any observers that may report them. This was at a time when science was pretty primitive. It is still done today but is no longer against the law.

That's not a theory. A scientific theory is a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world, based on a body of facts that have been repeatedly confirmed through observation and experiment.

Rather, that's an idea based on wishful thinking and arbitrary belief. The reason people see paranormal things at 3 am is because they just woke up, or are partially awake, or they're very tired and are hallucinating.
