Locals speak English (with an Dublin accent, obviously). There's only very few Gaelic speakers, mainly in some remote areas; well, technically, all Irish students learn Gaelic in school but often their level is not great.

When I lived in Dublin there were lots of foreigner working there, so you could hear other languages spoken by those foreigners: Italian, Spanish, Chinese, German, etc.

It's been a while so I'm not sure how the situation is now but I guess that you'll still find a good deal of international folks there.
