What should I do?

So I live basically next to s construction site and this company is building over a mine dump.  The company only started construction very recently and now there is a lot of dust in the atmosphere. And because they are building over a mine dump, the dust can have small particles that can be dangerous. They are building regular sized houses and I don't how long the contraction will last. I guess the best thing to do would be to move but I can't because I don't have the money for that. So what should I do?

Contact the health department and the EPA.

You can avoid being outdoors while work is occurring. And keep a clean furnace filter.

Put up with it. It's not going to last forever. Half of the U.K. seems to be a building site. We don't all move house.
