Why would she be "too old" ? 39 is on the late side, but still ok to have kids. I'm 23 and my mom is 60.

I'm 21 and my mother is 59 which is a 38 year difference, it your case it is a 39 year difference..... which it is possible. Usually women dont or cant have kids that old... but there are those who can.

Well.. If i ever have children.. i'll most likely have them at 40 or older... so I hope that's not too old!!!!

So she had you at 39? It's not unheard of at all. My grandma and aunt are the same as you; she had my aunt at 39, too.
