We have free speech legally (mostly, anyway), but in any given context what’s the best way to figure out what the CIVIL censorships are?

maybe call the local newspaper's publisher or editor.

censorships from lies are the greatest evil these days, getting none to think any kind of agreement is the censor;r keeping the sheep separated is the goal. As if the love of life is these censorships. Where is God, truth or any peace? So what has free speech come to the wrath of God?

Rather depends where in the world you are. The United States has rather less freedom of speech than is enjoyed in Europe for example, and rather less than they have in China.

It of course would depend entirely on the given context. Computer systems like Yahoo Answers and Facebook have their rules about what is allowed. That is the "civil censorship" if you will.

What do - or don't they say - in the news, on TV, on social media. If you read or hear things like "the N-word" or they called him "the f-word" because he's gay, or "victim claims being called racist slurs" .....THAT IS CENSORSHIP!
