Do any of these things count as exercise?
-one push up
-bench pressing a straw
-jogging in place for 5 seconds before pulling a gallon of ice cream out of the freezer
-thinking really really hard about exercising. I mean visualizing it as clear as day
-attempting to center a punching bag in place only to have swing back on you and knock you to the ground

Mostly light weights. Most lazy people use
Heavy weights but do less than 12 reps and
Fewer than 4 sets. I work out twice as long

I think pulling the gallon out of the freezer is the most exercise out of all the things you listed
