Should pharmaceutical companies help the U.S and Europe colonize Africa?

Should countries with a large pharmaceutical industry cure African diseases to help the most underpopulated continent on Earth grow and prosper?

    a big part of Africa is desert . the sahara grows 30 miles south every year . hard to grow food in a sand dune .

      That may change soon, because the Atlantic current is rapidly slowing down. This year, tropical depression 15 was formed off the coast of Africa later than usual. It just hovered there for days. Moisture from the tropical depression went deep into the Sahara.
