Are non-corporate media ever called on at white house press briefings?

Why aren't conservative media called on more often as well?

Update:

To come to think of it, Reuters isn't called on, despite having a market capital an order of magnitude higher than the New York Times. "The Nation Magazine" is one of the more prominent non-corporate media which seems to be shunned at White House press briefings. PBS, NPR, Huffington Post, Daily Kos, Daily Beast, The New Republic, and Slate would be welcome progressive news outlets. As would conservative radio hosts. Companies like ABC and CNN hog the spotlight, to the detriment of Americans.

Perhaps you should list some "non-corporate media" as Steve Bannon ,who was one of Trump's White House staff member, is the former executive chairman of Breitbart News, while Mr. Trump himself grants exclusive and personal access to that oh-so-conservative media Fox News.
