How does Irving incorporate at least three of the above characteristics into "Rip Van Winkle" ? ?

What is the impact of these characteristics on the story or on the reader's experience of the story?

You didn't list the characteristics in your question. Read the book and go through the list and you'll have your answer.

Your did not paste the list of characteristics into your question.

Read the list, then re-read the story. Pick the three characteristics on the list that caught your attention when you re-read the story. Write down why you think they affected the outcome of the story.
