Why do I not want to go to church on sudays?

Could be because you don't love God or His people.

I would only go to a church that teaches all of the Bible and preaches the true Gospel. The Bible is the absolute Word of God and is 100% true.
The true Gospel: Nobody can be good enough to avoid hell. The truth is that death leads to immediate heaven or hell, depending only on whether the person believed in Jesus for eternal life, or not.
The truth is that Jesus loves you and wants to bless your life freely :) Most of all, Jesus wants you with Him forever, and not in hell. The truth is that every belief except one will lead to eternal torment in the lake of fire for every person. Because nothing pays for our sins except the death and blood of Jesus, the sacrifice of Jesus that is already accomplished by Him . Jesus loves you! The truth is that Jesus is God, and Jesus died on the cross to pay for all of our sins in full, and then Jesus resurrected from the dead. Nothing else pays for our sins, not works, not deeds, not religions. So the only way to heaven and to avoid hell, is by believing in Jesus for eternal life (John 6:47), without adding any of your own works (Romans 4:5). Believe in Jesus to take you to heaven, and you will be in heaven, no matter what, guaranteed. That easy, thanks to Jesus! Tell Jesus that you thank Him that you will be with Him in heaven when you die, because you believe in Jesus! It is too late to be saved, after death

God can be worshiped / prayed to without going to any church. As I understand it to pray properly you are to go to a secret place such as your bedroom and closing the door.

The requirement for that is "The love of the truth", which explains your disposition.

You don't have to go to church on a sunday. It can be a saturday or another day during the week if you know of churches who do that.
Sunday church attendance is just a suitable day for most people because of the 5 day working week --- it is not based on any scripture in the bible despite what some christians might say or others disagree with e.g the seventh day adventists insist saturday is the only day for church.
More importantly if you don't like going to church on sundays or maybe any other day --- is this because you don't consider yourself a christian?
Becoming a christian is a FREE WILL choice every person must make for themselves --- either you believe Jesus died for your sins so you could be forgiven by God and have eternal life or you believe NOT -- meaning you will not have eternal life but rather eternal death never to exist anymore after you die a natural death in the grave.
Church attendance from christians who know Jesus as their Saviour is done out of gratitude towards him for saving them --- through fellowship and worship and learning new truths from the word of God (bible) so that christians can grow in their faith.
If none of these reasons apply to you or put you off going to church --- then DON'T GO.

Perhaps you recognize - consciously or unconsciously - that it is a waste of your time.
Perhaps you have decided that the rantings of a man in a pulpit just are not relevant to your life.
Perhaps you just don't believe in the God they claim is listening.

The devil is putting those ideas in your head.

It is a waste of time, there are far better things to do.

Perhaps you stayed up too late Saturday night. Or maybe you find church boring. Most sermons are not especially riveting.

Because there are no "sudays."
