How often do you misplace things, lose things, generally have a bit of an absent mindedness in your life?

I admit I feel tired, stressed, overwhelmed... but I've always been a bit goofy to begin with even when I'm at my best my brain can switch channels to it's forgetful habits.

At 72, I do forget a few things, but I'm very blessed with a good memory. I do write notes to myself about VERY important things, but rarely need them. Try being aware of what you're doing at all times. That helps.

I always have places to put things so I know where they are...

Quite often. I have a bad short term memory coupled with anxiety so when I put something somewhere and then can’t find it immediately I get anxious.
