Feminists, when women increasingly join the work world of accumulating hard power, who fills the motherhood role of soft, nurturing power?

    If you’re asking who should be the main caregiver, I expect feminists think that’s for the couple to work out. It isn’t a very recent issue. Women have been going to work for a long time. And women have had children for a long time. Which means women have been dealing with combining work and motherhood for a long time. My mother did it and I’d be surprised if your mother didn’t do this, OP.

    "Feminists, when women increasingly join the work world of accumulating hard power, who fills the motherhood role of soft, nurturing power?"

    It turns out to be non-Western women that still value the traditional roles and never bought into the feminist denigration of femininity, and propaganda regarding a revised history of 'women's oppression'.

    With this reality, it is obvious that feminism will be replaced by an actual Patriarchy that may never be overcome by equal Rights again, based on the groups that will be replacing Western women and the babies they are not having.

    See here;

    "Feminism, the Society Killer. Every country that adopted feminism is dying."

    No one really. The plan was to get men to take up the roles of women, but as it turns out most men are not interested in that. Who would have guessed that men wouldn't do more work around the house or stay at home? Hell, feminists still haven't learned that they won't get men to do it judging by their blatant endorsement of reversed gender roles still to this day.

    Feminists are stupid.

    The best part is that not only did men not go along with their desires, but men are in fact not even sticking around to be a father as often. Great job owning yourselves ladies. Have fun working full time and being a single mother. lol

      Shame how many men want to reduce us all to a biological imperative.

      Two issues:

      1. Full time nannies are not cheap.

      2. Most men are not going to share the work like you desire.

    A lot of feminists assumed that if women entered the workforce too, then men would eventually share some of the responsibilities related to parenthood and the home, which would create a 50/50 situation. .

    What actually happened is that women entered the workforce, but they're still responsible for most of the work at home too. Nowadays, women are basically doing two or three jobs as a breadwinner, primary parental figure, and responsibilities on the home front, while the man's sole and primary responsibility is to go to work.

    This is essentially why women are having fewer and fewer children with each decade.
