I am female 5'9 height and 68 kilos...i know that i am not super fat but i feel really bad with my weight... I feel my body

I used to be fatter

I was 75 kilos and i lose 7 kilos easily but now is very difficuld for me to lose more kilos

What should i do???

I am on diet

    You are at a healthy weight right now but at most you could shed 2 Kgs.
