Does anyone really think there will ever be a Brexit?

The British people don't want Brexit - that's why the government won't ask them again.  The small number who are still in favour of leaving the EU are rich people who don't want the EU Tax Avoidance Directive to upset their dodgy investment plans and rabid xenophobes who would rather starve than trust a foreigner.  Yesterday, a million people marched on parliament.  If Brexit happens, it will be a lot more than a million and we'll be after blood.

The people that voted in favor of Brexit should be up in arms that the issue is still in debate. The remainers don't have a case, but they are getting away with reversing a majority vote.

No. Europe and Britain are too intertwined.

It is like one of the states just suddenly voting to withdraw from the United States.

Yep! There are those who constantly strive for economic suicide. They will not stop...ever...

Yes, I certainly hope so. Europe will fall if there isn't one.
