You "created a new storage space (SPACE D:)"? Did you install another drive or just partition your existing one?

More details about how you created this "Space D:" would b helpful. But normally in order to create a new disk for storage you have to physically add new hardware to the computer. Such as a USB memory stick, an external hard drive, or a second internal hard drive. If you did not do that, then all you did was made another folder on and already full drive. That does not give you more space.
If you need more space on your hard drive, the only way to get it is to remove stuff that is already on it. Such as uninstall programs you no longer need or never use, uninstall old games you no longer play, or moving some of your music, videos, pictures, documents and other files to other storage (such as USB memory stick or external hard drive.)
If you did add a second hard drive to your computer (or memory stick or external drive) and are still getting the error, it is because the program you are attempting to install does not know the second drive is there. By default all programs attempt to install themselves on the main hard drive (the C: drive.) That is because it is the only drive that the vendors can e be sure will exist on your computer.
Often there is a way during the install of the program where you can change which drive it uses. It is different for every program, so you will need to look through the install options and try to find it.
If you can not find a way to install the program to your D:, your other alternative is to move you data files (music, pictures, videos, documents, etc.) to the D: thus free up space to be able to install the new program on your C:

Yuo don't just create space, you either need to delete files or upgrade your hard drive
