A solution prepared by dissolving 1.2 mol sulfuric acid in 92 mL of solution.?
is there a formula

There probably is a formula, but I pay attention to the units instead, since that must be done anyway, formula or not.
Supposing the unasked question to be: "What is the resulting molarity?"
The usual units for molarity are "mol/L", so:
(1.2 mol) / (0.92 L) = 1.3 mol/L

A 1 molar solution is 1 mole per 1000 ml.
