what does this mean ? “As you are solving problems, for example you're thinking about how you're thinking"?

    Out of context, it is not obvious, but it seems to me that the person is claiming that the problem solver worries about how they are trying to solve the problem as much as they worry about actually solving the problem, and I don't find that to be true at all. I do not think about my method while I am applying it. The method has been evaluated by usage with time and does not get questioned when in actual use. I have learned from practical experience that this sort of approach has validity. I have thought about it, but I don't question it while trying to solve a problem. That is a matter for separate evaluation.
