The top 3 Americans have a combined wealth more than the bottom half of all Americans. Besides basic solutions such as increasing taxes on rich and universal basic income, what is a creative solution that you could suggest to fix this problem

Tell the "bottom half of all Americans" to get off their asses and go to work if they want to eat, get dressed or sleep inside. How do you believe increasing the theft of someone's earnings will help? How will basic income without basic earning help? I noticed you failed (as do all cry baby libs) to define "rich".

Give all beneficial shareholders a more direct vote in the companies that they hold shares in, so its easier for their opinions to be heard.
Tax the profits of those corporations , that pay their executives "high ratio" amounts compared to the pay of say their median employees ,more heavily ,than those companies that do not

While I'm not sure whether your math is accurate, the point is that without the potential for extreme profits, 90% of the technology and innovation you now use would not exist. There would be no Microsoft, no Amazon, no Apple, and most of the drugs that have been developed since the 50's simply would never have happened.
But, you asked about FIXING the problem. So, fixing the problem will require secure tax incentives for companies to HIRE MORE WORKERS or raise the wages of the ones they've got. It will also require doing away with the gang-ridden, crime-infested cesspools that we call "public schools" in the inner city. We need charter schools and vouchers for private schools and we need them NOW!!!! Not in 2021. TODAY!! There's no fixing inner city public schools. They need to be closed down, the buildings demolished, and the whole business turned over to charter schools and private schools even if the government has to foot the bill.
And yes, despite my normal Libertarian leanings, I'm very much for the government paying for better education. That's because, in the 21st century, having a well-educated populace is a matter of NATIONAL SECURITY!!! We're not going to defend this country with people toting rifles. We need automated drones, pin point accurate guidance systems, newer, better fighter jets, improvements on the rail gun and laser weapons with which our military has been experimenting, more reliable missiles, tougher, faster, more powerful tanks, stealthier, faster submarines … the list goes on.
We also need smarter commanders, and soldiers capable of operating gear that would have seemed like science fiction during the first Gulf War. Without a well-educated populace, we may as well as the Chinese to just come on in and take over NOW.
A side benefit to better education is that the bottom half will be economically closer to the middle.

How is it a problem in the first place? People that do not have financial wealth are not entitled to take it from those that do. At least not in a free society. This concept is one that has failed in every society that has tried it.

If the top 5 gave 10 percent of their wealth then world hunger could be ended but that won't happen since they are greedy capitalist pigs
