A car is traveling at 15 m/s. It goes down a hill where it accelerates at 3 m/s2 for 4 s. How fast is it going at the bottom of the hill?

    Given,

    Initial speed (u) = 15m/secAcceleration (a) = 3m/sec²Time (t) = 4secFinal speed (v) = ?Using kinematic relation:-v = u + at= 15m/sec + (3m/sec² x 4sec)= 15m/sec + 12m/sec= 27m/sec∴ final speed (v) = 27m/sec.

    V = Vo+a*t = 15+3*4 = 27 m/sec
