I have two jobs , can I have two dental plans,?

    Yes, only if they cover different loss.

    But you can't collect twice for the same care: wording within the policy statement should address "primary" vs "secondary" coverage, ie if you have two plans that will each pay up to $500 for a procedure and the bill is $400 - the primary policy will pay that - you can't collect another $400 from the second policy. In some areas you can buy a lower-cost supplement that picks-up where the Primary insurer's coverage ends.
